M&M; Heating & Air Conditioning Service Co. was created by Ronald & Joan Malmquist in 1976. The business is owned and operated by the family. M&M; Heating & A/C Service Co. is operated under the Corporation name Malmquist Mechanical Inc. as well as M & M Air Duct Cleaning Co., General Sheet Metal Heating & Air Conditioning Co. and M & M Distributors.

M&M; Heating & Air Conditioning Service Co. employs 10 full time employees, with three office staff. The company has served the greater San Joaquin County with high quality service and replacement of quality heating and air conditioning products which meets the needs for all our customers. Those needs have ranged from a simple repair of the air conditioning and heaters, to design build of large commercial projects, to fabrication and installation of architectural design metal roof systems. We consider ourselves a small company with the ability to perform any project large or small that our customers require. Our business strive and goal is to supply the best possible service for a fair price, along with the finished project performing to the needs of the customers requirements. After all each customer has different needs and requirements.

We backup all manufactures warranties 100% to be sure that you, the customer, receives the best warranty repair when needed. Extended warranties up to ten years are tracked by our high tech computer system so you do not have to worry about receiving the service you need when you need it.
