Welcome to M&M; Service Department. We are here to help you any way we can. We have four highly trained service / repair technicians on staff to serve you. Our office staff has many years of experience to assist you. All of our customers are tracked by our computer system so we do not miss or fail to respond to your needs. Each and every call is logged by time and date. This will assure that you will receive your service in the proper order.

M&M; Service / Repair division operates on a flat rate system. We charge a flat fee to send a technician to your address to diagnose the trouble with your unit. The trip/diagnosis charge is normally $ 99.00, some seasonal specials do apply. The technician will completely test and check the system, report to you what is in need of repair, the cost to do the repairs and put all the information on the work order in writing for your review. You have the choice to authorize the work to be completed or not. No work is performed until you understand what is to be repaired and how much it will cost for the repairs and service. • Have you checked the thermostat to be sure that the switches are set to the proper position for operation ?
• Have you checked the main power to the unit, Is it on ?
• Have you checked the circuit breakers in the main electrical panel? If they are tripped, Do not reset, call us.
• When was the last time you changed or cleaned the return air filter ?
